Kingston Nursing Home In Leeds

Kingston Nursing Home is set in its own spacious grounds in a very privileged part of Leeds and is overlooking Roundhay park which is easily accessible. It is very accessible to the town centre and close to a local bus route and motorway and all amenities. Kingston nursing home has recently been taken over by a new company and led by a very experienced team. The home manager has thirty-eight years’ experience and is specialised in dementia care known by the local authorities and governing bodies. We are able to cater for people who need respite,  dementia and nursing care. We have a stable work team and nil agency in care.

We are able to accept private and local authority clients and offer very competitive prices. We do not charge top ups but do have some premier rooms overlooking the gardens and the park which you can purchase for a small fee. We do not penalise anyone who self-funds and base our fees on dependency and needs. We do have a facility for visiting during the COVID pandemic and follow all policies and guidelines remaining COVID free for some time. 

The home is currently undergoing a refurbishment and all the latest technology has been fitted.  Cartwright care is a small business who cares about people they look after and the people who work for them. A very family orientated home led by a passionate caring work force.  The home has a large conservatory where residents can sit overlooking the gardens and a very good activities programme.

We demonstrate through our practice the  (Person first dementia second approach enabling rather than disabling our residents and our focus being meaningful moments creating opportunities throughout the day for residents to experience some well-being. We believe families should be at the heart of what we do and be heavily involved in there loved once to care if they are able to.
