Rob Baillie

Managing Director

As Managing Director I have almost 35 years’ experience as a qualified nurse (RNMH). I have devoted my career to the development and delivery of social and healthcare services for people having learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions and mental illness and more recently social care services for older adults experiencing dementia. 

My work has been within the NHS, private and voluntary sectors and over the years I have gained further education qualifications in Business Studies, Teaching and Assessing Nursing Students, Autism, Clinical Research and Mentoring & Coaching. 

My work has included roles at Regional and National Operational, Strategic, Clinical and Senior Director roles. My experience spans across concept, design, development and service delivery with a strong focus on clinical and care governance, compliance and driving quality and transformation. 

I have a proven track record of being a critical thinker,  being innovative and creative, but most importantly recognition as being a quality driven person with strong desire to deliver the only the best possible care and support services. 

Kella Buckmaster

Operational Services Manager

Interests: 

Traveling to other countries finding out about the people and their culture, Enjoy going to live theatre, I’m a foodie and love eating out with friends, I’m a footie fan and support Southampton FC, I love going on long country walks which there are plenty especially as I live near the New Forest.

Background: I joined the group in September after working in a commercial setting for many years, I am new to care but very excited to be supporting the home managers and team. I am based in the Head Office in Southampton; preliminary my role is around facilities and ensuring the homes are compliant within all standards. I work with the shareholders within operational management. As part of my role I work closely with the operational team and accounts team.

Kristy Burnard

Cartwright Care Finance Manager

Kristy joined Cartwright Care in March 2020, having previously worked with the Steree Group in other operational capacities.  Kristy leads on the financial management of the homes within the Cartwright Care Group, bringing a wealth of knowledge surrounding operational and financial management of care homes.

 

Outside of work Kristy enjoys taking in the countryside, attempting to surf and travelling in her VW campervan with her husband and dog.
