Our Senior Executive Team between them have almost 100 years of experience in operating and managing high quality health and social care services. who between them have over 50 years’ experience in the sector and who are supported by a team of forward thinking Managers who all share the same vision and aims for Cartwright Care Limited and their intent to establish a reputation for delivering high quality care, support and homes which provide a ‘feel good’ factor to each and every person who resides with us.

Our view is that all “Care operators have a responsibility to deliver the best possible services for our older generation and being ‘satisfactory’ is simply not good enough. Our drive is to consistently It’s not good enough.

steve harris

Managing Director

Steve started his career within Health & Social Care over 27 years ago. Working as a carer within a small elderly care service. He trained as a social worker shortly after. Steve decided to follow a carer within operational management and service delivery rather than working within local authority.

Steve is a strong leader and has proven success in working within services to ensure outstanding service delivery. Steve has a passion for quality assurance and ensuring the residents gain exceptional care services.

Steve has a Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, and is very much a team player.

Rob Baillie

Senior Director

Rob, who qualified as a nurse many years ago, has worked within operational social care management for over 30 years. He has an excellent knowledge of legislative and funding challenges impacting on day to day service delivery. He is highly personable and poses a high level of skill and experience in his ability to adapt people management skills accordingly. 

Rob is very passionate about service delivery. He provides clear direction and support to help move teams in right direction. A team player and very supportive of the teams.

chris young

Compliance Manager

Chris has several years of home management and area management. He is an experienced Care Manager, and has passion for Quality Assurance, which is demonstrated within his career in the Health Care Industry. 

Chris has led services to improve ratings with CQC and provide high quality care to their clients. He holds a level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and a distinction in public services.

He leads by example, demonstrating effective behaviours and providing clear direction whilst promoting and developing a positive, motivated and engaged team culture.

kristy burnard

Operations Manager

Kristy comes from a business and management background, working within local authority and Social Care she develops systems and processes to ensure business continuity.

Even though Kristy is very much behind the scenes she shares the passion to deliver exceptional care.

Working with the management team at Cartwright Care, Kristy is keen to deliver a service to our residents, their families and stakeholders, to ensure consistency.
